Complete Mango Processing Line – From Fresh Fruit to Puree, Juice & Dried Products
Our industrial mango processing line is a fully integrated solution designed to handle fresh mangoes from washing to final packing. Whether you need mango puree for beverage base, clarified juice for RTD drinks, or dried mango chips for snacks, this modular line can be configured to meet your exact requirements.
Key Processing Stages
Washing & Sorting: Rotary drum washer with high-pressure spray removes dirt and debris. Manual sorting conveyor allows workers to remove unripe or damaged fruits.
Peeling & Pitting: Optional automatic peeling machine and destoner for mangoes. For puree production, the fruit passes through a breaking machine followed by a double-stage pulper (rasper and refiner) to separate fiber and skin.
Mango Puree Processing: The extracted pulp can be directly sterilized (UHT or tubular) and aseptically filled into bag-in-box or drums. For concentrate production, a falling film evaporator removes water under low temperature to preserve flavor.
Mango Juice Processing: For clarified juice, the puree undergoes enzymatic liquefaction and ultrafiltration. For cloudy nectar, homogenization and vacuum deaeration ensure stable suspension.
Mango Dried Processing: Sliced mango goes through osmotic dehydration (sugar infusion) followed by multi-zone hot air drying. Optional freeze drying available for premium crispy mango chips.
Packaging: Final products can be packed in aseptic bags, glass jars, pouches (pre-made pouch machine available), or flow packs for dried mango.
