Our Apple Juice Concentrate Processing Line is a complete, fully engineered system designed specifically for the production of clear, high-quality concentrated apple juice for the global beverage industry. From fresh apple receiving and washing to concentration and aseptic filling, this line delivers a premium product that meets international standards for clarity, color, and flavor stability.

The process begins with our high-capacity fruit reception and washing systems, which include paddle washers and brush rollers to remove dirt, debris, and surface contaminants. Apples then pass through a sorting table where manual or optical sorting removes defective fruit before crushing. The crushed pomace is transferred to our belt press systems, achieving juice yields of up to 75%. The raw juice undergoes enzymatic treatment with pectinase to break down pectin and reduce viscosity, followed by ultrafiltration for complete clarity and resin-based deacidification and decolorization to adjust the juice profile to buyer specifications. Concentration is achieved through our multi-effect falling film evaporators, operating at low temperatures to preserve delicate flavor compounds and natural color. The final concentrate, typically 70-72°Brix, is sterilized through a tubular UHT system and filled aseptically into 5-220L bag-in-box or drum packaging.

Designed with capacities from 60 to 1500 tons of fresh apples per day, this line is suitable for small cooperatives and large industrial operations. All contact parts are fabricated from food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the system is fully automated with PLC/HMI controls.
